Putnam Arts Council Offers Special Program for Kids
Thanks to the Putnam Arts Council, three dozen boys and girls are using their creative talent this summer. Children aged six to 13 have spent the past two weeks at the Tilly Foster Farm in Southeast, where, from 10am to 2pm each day, the youngsters have created a variety of drawings, pottery, 3-D designs, and paintings under the watchful eye of PAC staff.
