Lightning strikes twice at PCNB in Putnam Lake
Second holdup in two weeks
For the second time in as many weeks, the Putnam Lake Branch of the Putnam County National Bank has been robbed. A lone bandit entered the bank on Haviland Drive Thursday at 9:45 a.m. and, according to police, ordered bank employees to lie on the floor before scooping up an undetermined amount of cash and fleeing in an older white-colored vehicle headed toward Connecticut.
