The Putnam Legislature established salaries for county officials at its yearend meeting last week.  County Executive Mary Ellen Odell will earn $148,635 in 2013 while her deputy county executive Bruce Walker will be paid $114,812.  Members of the legislature will be paid $35,136 in 2013 with the chairman receiving an additional stipend of $8,783.
