‘I’m Guilty,’ Admits Patterson Road Boss
Charles Williams, the longtime Patterson highway superintendent, stands well over six feet tall with broad shoulders, a shaved head, and goatee. But despite his imposing features, the man, who has been accused of bullying on several occasions, succumbed to assertive silence last Thursday when he copped a guilty plea in Putnam County Court to third degree grand larceny.
