Putnam's Teen Alcohol, Drug Use Down

Apparently teenagers really do listen, at least that’s what the latest Putnam County Communities that Care Coalition statistics seem to be showing. Last Friday the Coalition released results of its most recent biannual Needs Assessment Survey, indicating a dramatic decline in teenage alcohol and drug use.
